When your warehouse or factory flooring needs to be strong and long-lasting, you need a V-8 High Performance Floor System. The 6.0 High Performance Epoxy System is the overall best choice because the industrial strength flooring is designed to face the daily abuse.
The V-8 High Performance Epoxy is a smooth, high gloss, aesthetically pleasing industrial strength epoxy coating designed for medium to heavy mil applications, and comes in either a 16 Mil Smooth System, or a 60 Mil High Build Textured System. Both are a two-coat process and have 13 different color choices.
The 16 mil system begins with the first coat applied at 8 mils or 200 sq.ft./gallon with a squeegee and roller. Once the first coat has dried (typically around 12 hours), a second 8 mil coat is applied using the same technique, giving you a smooth, high gloss floor.
The 60 mil system has added durability. The initial coat is applied at 16 mils or 100 sq.ft./gallon with a squeegee and roller. Industrial sand flint is then broadcasted to rejection in the wet coating. After the typical dry time of 8-10 hours, the excess sand can be vacuumed up and the clean surface can be coated at 14 mils or 125 sq.ft/gallon.
