Heavy machine traffic and caustic chemicals can wreak havoc on industrial flooring. Now there’s a solution – non-absorbent, chemical resistant, and industrial-strength flooring from V-8 High-Performance Floors.

When you need industrial flooring to be durable and long-lasting, V-8 High-Performance Floors recommends the 6.0 High-Performance Epoxy System. The 100% solids epoxy coating is chemical and abrasion resistant.

Durable Industrial Flooring is xtra tough

It is self-leveling and comes in several different applications for factory floors depending on your specific needs – 16 mil smooth, 60 mil smooth, and 60 mil textured finishes. All three options are applied over concrete flooring in our two-step process.

16 mil Smooth – A medium mil application, this is applied in two 8 mil coatings. The floor dries to a high gloss.

60 mil Smooth – A higher mil application, for use where added durability is needed in factory flooring with a smooth high-gloss finish.

60 mil Textured – When a textured finish is needed for added traction and slip resistance, V8 6.0 High-Performance Epoxy comes in a 60 mil textured system. After the first epoxy coating is applied to your concrete floor, while it is still wet, industrial sand flint is broadcast across the floor. After drying, the floor is vacuumed to remove extra sand, and a final epoxy coating is applied.

Also, when precision is of paramount importance, V-8 High-Performance Floors pays added attention to

  • Flatness – refers to the length and amplitude of waviness, undulations, and irregularities
  • Levelness – manufacturing equipment recommendations can include floors slopes not exceeding .1% in any 10-foot run
  • Surface texture – many machines are designed to operate on power-troweled concrete floors or other smooth finish
  • Porosity, cracks & expansion joints – affecting primarily the longevity and degradation of the flooring, these also impact the previously listed considerations

All V-8 6.0 High-Performance Epoxy Systems come in 13 colors and meet the USDA requirements for incidental food contact.

V-8 High-Performance Floors has years of experience in the industrial flooring market. Whether you run a warehouse, shipping & receiving business, or manufacturing facility, V-8’s industrial flooring experts have the solution to your flooring issues. Call today – you’ll be glad you did.
