Our system comes in three different options—16 mil smooth, 60 mil textured, and 60 mil self-leveling. All three options are installed using our 2 part, 100% solids epoxy coatings with chemical and abrasion resistance. They differ in that the 60 mil systems offers increased durability or traction with our textured system.
16 mil Smooth System
With this process, the first coat is applied at 8 mils, or 200 square feet per gallon. After drying, an additional 8 mils coat is applied. This solid color floor coating system leaves a smooth neat looking finish. There are 13 different colors to choose from.
60 mil Textured System
This is also a two-step process, but with added texture to the flooring. First, the initial coat is applied at 16 mils, or 100 square feet per gallon. While still wet, industrial sand flint is spread into the coating. Upon drying, excess sand is cleaned off and the second coat is applied at 14 mils, or 125 square feet per gallon. There are 13 different colors to choose from.
Either way, your clients receive a high-gloss floor that fulfills the USDA requirements for incidental food contact; and with thirteen color choices to choose from, they can be sure they’ll find one that matches their factory design. Factory flooring doesn’t have to be boring!
