West Michigan Coating Project

BACKGROUND: This well known engine manufacturer has utilized V-8 High Performance Floors products and one of our Certified V-8 Installers contractor services for several past coating projects including a decorative outdoor coating on their sidewalks / entryway. The Certified V-8 Installer’s crews’ experience, timeliness, fleet of equipment, and durable long lasting V-8 product line have proven themselves time and time again in this facility.

APPLICATION: The existing worn and failing coating installed by another contractor was removed with a virtually dust free grinding process. A fleet of high end HEPA vacuums paired with Prep/Master 3030 diamond grinders to capture airborne dust. After the coating was removed, the concrete was prepared prior to the V-8 6.0 High Performance Epoxy coating to remove any weak spots and open up a profile for the 100% solids epoxy to soak into and create a bond.

2 coats of our V-8 6.0 High Performance Epoxy were installed by the experienced Certified V-8 Installer’s crew for a smooth and easy to clean surface. The industrial gray epoxy floor utilizing our 6.0 HP Epoxy is extremely durable and is a perfect match for this industrial setting.
