BACKGROUND: V-8’s 60 mil textured system combines the industrial strength of our 6.0 High Performance Epoxy with a specialty aggregate to create a textured monolithic surface. It has enhanced impact resistance, slip resistance, and chemical resistance. It’s ability to thrive under forklift and foot traffic makes it the ideal epoxy coating system for a factory. That’s why this dog food manufacturing plant in Mitchell, SD specified our resinous floor coating system for this 6,100 square foot project.

APPLICATION: Our Certified V-8 Installer based out of Sioux Falls, SD prepped the concrete for proper bonding of the epoxy coating, and patched and repaired areas. After prep and repair, our 6.0 HP Epoxy was applied. When the project was complete, this factory was left with a durable, easy to clean surface with a thickness of about 60 mils.
